Our Sales Support department responds to customers inquiries within 48 working hours. By applying the principle of customer focus, customer needs and expectations are communicated throughout the organization.
A measurement system to enhance customer satisfaction is sent back to customers from time to time. Top management demonstrates leadership and commitment with respect to customer focus by ensuring that customer requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.
