These Single-inline-Pin (SIP) devices are Normally Open, mountable on PCBs having through holes and are Omni-polar. We manufacture these in a range of sizes and mounting pitches, capable of switching the lowest of 1W loads, up to 30 W. Cropping the leads after soldering will decrease the operate distance.

The MS-104, MS-105 and MS-106 Reed Sensors can be used on PCBs with less space such as in level sensing applications, and the MS-108 which has a larger footprint, can be used to switch higher loads, such as in electricity and gas meters. The IR-xxxx type comes with an integrated resistor which is convenient for use on level sensing PCBs.
