Additionally, daily 10-minute meetings allow every team member, regardless of seniority, to address any immediate issues related to supply chain, manpower, or quality that could impact our goals.

The culmination of our efforts is uniquely celebrated through and “energetic scan” conducted by a team of intuitive scanners, to determine how much of the profit is to be shared back with the team, for the company’s highest best and greatest good. This method always tends to reward those who contribute more.
