📝 Description

The standard Ferro-magnetic metals detection sensor is a versatile solution designed for various industrial applications. It can be easily mounted using M3 screws and is capable of switching moderate loads of up to 10W, ensuring reliable operation in different settings. Unlike typical Magnet Sensors, this sensor does not necessitate an actuating magnet; instead, it responds to any Ferro-magnetic material longer than its own length on the actuating side.

Key operational specifications include an actuation distance ranging from 3.0 to 8.0 mm and a release distance from 4.0 to 10.0 mm, providing flexibility to accommodate different application requirements. Each sensor undergoes rigorous testing, with 100% evaluation of actuating distance ensuring consistent performance before being packaged and shipped.

This standard ferro-magnetic sensor’s design emphasises simplicity and efficiency, eliminating the need for additional actuating magnets and simplifying installation and maintenance procedures. Its robust construction and precise detection capabilities make it suitable for environments where accurate and reliable Ferro-magnetic metals detection is essential.
